Local business house that will

still a wishful thinking and very few regional companies
are in a position to excel in bringing aristocracy in
locally designed solutions.
This what forced two professionals with rich and varied
knowledge in the IT arena to launch an IT business house
in the year 1993. The company was founded with one
single objective to achieve "Total Customer
Satisfaction" through competence and to provide the

Rajkumar Jain, Director of the
company is an outstanding Engineering Graduate from
Govt.Engineering college Bilaspur with post graduate in
computer applications from university of Indore, having
comprehensive knowledge in the field of information
Technology. He has acquired
expertise in leading a team of experts to bring forth
world class products. He has attended various training
programs conducted by principals like
zenith, HP, EPSON, including NTT by HP. He has
experience of handling major projects with SBI, Central
Bank, Markfed, Civil Supplies, PHQ,
Gabriel etc.
Ravi Nandi, Director of the company is a distinguished
scholar in computer applications. He has secured the
highest position in the merit of the
first batch of MCA(1999) from University of Indore. He
has worked for various corporate houses and was involved
in development of top class
software solutions. He has attended various training
programs by principals like Zenith, HP, EPSON, Siemens,
Apcom. He has experience of
handling major projects with SBOI, Indian Army, DOT, L&T
etc. |

Business Automations [BA] is an
established business and services company in IT arena,
which commenced its business seven years ago. Today BA
is having statewide presence and can offer support
services to its customer across the state of
Madhyapradesh.
Starting with a total manpower of 3 in 1993, the
nine-year-old company has grown to strength of more than
35 professionals today.Started in a small premises moved
to larger office at 110 Shalimar Corporate center, 8
South Tukoganj, Indore and now has presence at Bhopal,
Ratlam, Bhilai and Raipur.All the offices are
stratagically located in prime business locality and
fully equipped with modern communicaton systems and
ammenities to market our range of products and to extend
service support to our customers.
BA has developed competencies in the area of system
integration, Networking, Software Development and IT
consulting by acquiring knowledge and experience in
executing various projects.Currently the major focus of
the organisation is on implementing Turnkey Solutions
for that we have made strategic alliance with major IT
vendors and solution providers like SISL, Zenith
Infotech, Eastern Software Systems etc |

As part of our ambitious growth plan
we have developed a strong network of dealers and
reseller in various parts of Madhya Pradesh and today we
can extend our services almost in any part of the state.
Having a turnover of Rs.140 lac in 1995-96 the company
has attended a spectacular growth of 400% in three years
with a turnover of Rs.550 Lac in 1998-99.

We at Business Automations consider Customer
satisfaction as our one and only objective. To
provide quick response to customer calls, service
centers have been set up at Indore, Bhopal, Raipur,
Bhilai and Ratlam. All the service centers are well
equipped and having latest communication facilities
to provide easier and faster access.
» Consultancy :
BA is providing consultancy assistance to its
customers in assessing hardware, software and
manpower requirements. Designing and implementing
tailor made solutions to meet the individual as well
as Organizations objectives and growth plan.
» Software Development Services
:
Development projects at BA are usually undertaken on
a turnkey basis for either onsite or offshore
depending on client needs. Expertise is available on
client server, Internet & open technologies. Quality
is tightly governed by a rigorous methodology that
encompasses the creation of dedicated facility for

| Customer Profile |
We cater to varied needs of customers from different
segments through our well-structured setup. Our customer
includes Large and medium sized corporate, Banks,
Government Departments, PSUs, Institute, Business Houses
and individuals. |
| Service Call Registration |
| The service calls received from the
customers are registered by the call coordinator from
10.00 AM to 6.00 PM and they are paged to the nearest
engineer from the customer site. Generally, the calls
received after 6.00 PM are attended on the next day in
not on same day. In case of emergency customers may
directly page to the engineers for support. All senior
engineers carry pagers for easy accessibility. |
| Logistics & Spares |
Our field engineers are armed with
latest knowledge and necessary equipments to ensure
maximum uptime of the systems under our care. In case
the problem can not be resolved at site, then the faulty
systems can be brought to our fully equipped service
center where the engineers attend the equipment and do
the necessary repairs.
We carry a large inventory of all the critical spares
like hard disk drives, keyboards, monitors etc, at our
HO Indore. Apart from this, We have back to back support
available from our principals where all the necessary
spares are available and can be shopped as per
requirement. |
